Keep Calm and Reach a Million!

The www.keepcalm-o-matic.co.uk website allows users to create their own versions of the classic “Keep Calm and Carry On” poster, changing colours, uploading images and choosing the text to create a personalised image which can then be shared on a variety of social networking sites.

Over the years users have created posters on a wide variety of topics including the royal wedding, the global economic crisis and the rise and fall of celebrities and pop groups, as well as many posters with personal messages of love, affection and humour.

“I continue to be amazed and thrilled at the success of the Keep Calm-o-matic, as well as the enduring popularity of the wider “Keep Calm and Carry On” theme” said Andrew Dancy, creator of the Keep Calm-o-matic website. “In these uncertain times it is easy to see why the popularity of Keep Calm endures, so Keep Calm and Carry On creating posters!”

Keep Calm and Count to One Million

The popularity of the Keep Calm-o-matic shows no signs of waning, with over half a million posters having been created by users of the site in just the last three months. Recent enhancements to the site allow users to vote and comment on their favourite posters, and further enhancements to the site are planned.
