The iPhone Backup Extractor can restore lost or deleted histories, contact lists, images, audio files and other data from iPhone or iPod Touch backup files.
The software runs on Windows, Mac or Linux and has been downloaded by thousands of users all over the world. A free version is available which allows the restoration of individual files; low cost registration enables restoration of entire backups and export of contact data to CSV format.
